Re-Opening on May 13, 2020

Thank you for your patience as we all go through this unique experience with COVID-19. We are excited to see all our wonderful patients again in the upcoming days and weeks.

If you had an appointment canceled during our COVID-19 closure, we will be calling you and rescheduling your appointment. Appointments will be rescheduled in the order that they were originally scheduled.

When you come for your appointment, you will note that we have implemented new sanitizing features to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during these new changes.

Following the guidance of the CDC and the American Optometric Association (AOA), we will be temporarily practicing the following new procedures. These new procedures will be adjusted as we receive new guidance from the CDC and AOA.

**If you or a member of your household are experiencing symptoms of illness, such as a fever, cough, or shortness of breath - please do not come to the office. Your appointment will be rescheduled at a later time.**

1. All patients and visitors must wear a mask, answer a wellness questionnaire, and have their temperature taken.

2. Patients must come by themselves to their appointment, unless they need additional assistance or as a parent/guardian to a minor child. At this time, we are only allowing 2 family members to be seen at the same appointment time.

3. When you arrive at our office parking lot, please call us at 909.383.5000. We will notify you when we are ready to have you enter for your appointment.

4. We will also be offering curbside pickup for contact lens or glasses.

5. Appointments will be made for glasses pick-up, glasses adjustments and/ or any other additional services.

6. Emergent or Urgent eye problems can be addressed via Telehealth or in-person appointments. Please call our office if you are experiencing urgent eye problems at 909.383.5000

We want you to truly “see to live™.” We know that your life’s needs for eyewear, contact lenses, and prescription sunglasses are as unique as you are!
